Mentorship Volleyball Coaching Opportunity:
Position as a volunteer assistant Volleyball Coach at Brevard College, Brevard NC (NCAA II ) level.
I am looking for an assistant coach to work specialty workouts and to assist in practice management, specialty work, and assisting at all fall matches. Pre-season starts August 7th and the season concludes November 6th. This position affords the grad student an opportunity to gain knowledgeable experience in every aspect of the game of volleyball. I have 22 years of collegiate experience (Division I,II, and III and also at the NAIA level.) Coach Skeffington also works with High Performance Volleyball in North Carolina and is a certified clinician to teach Impact Coaching classes.
Opportunities to coach club volleyball following the season would be available (with a stipend.)
A second mentorship would also be available in the spring semester starting mid February 2008- the end of April for an assistant to assist with the Women’s Volleyball nontraditional season.

This program is designed to have our interns spend a portion of their 12 month program with one specific area then be switched to another internship program to spend the remaining portion of their 12 months (the individual departments will determine that amount of time that will be spent in each area).
