Admissions Requirements

Please review the admissions requirements and submit all required documents in a timely manner to avoid delay in your admission decision. Applicants will have one year in which to provide ALL needed documents and meet all admissions requirements.

Official documents, including test scores and transcripts in their original sealed envelope, may be mailed to:

Applicable institutions may send certified official electronic transcripts to admissions@ussa.edu in lieu of paper transcripts.

Recommendation forms/FERPA release forms may be faxed to (251) 625-1035 or emailed to admissions@ussa.edu for processing. File format: .pdf

Please Note: Full disclosure of all institutions attended and official copies of transcripts from each institution are necessary and mandatory. Failure to do so may delay the application process and/or disqualify a student for admission.
